Webhooks & Zapier

Connect Membicus to thousands of apps using webhooks. Membicus can send webhook notifications for:

New member registered
Member status changed
Payment received
Event registration
Membership renewed or expired

Configure webhooks from Admin → Settings → Integrations. Each webhook sends a JSON payload to your specified URL.

For no-code integrations, use our Zapier integration to connect Membicus with tools like Slack, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and more.

Custom Email Domain

Send emails from your own domain (e.g., noreply@yourchamber.org) instead of the default Membicus address. This improves deliverability and brand recognition.

To set up a custom email domain:

Go to Admin → Settings → Email
Enter your sending domain
Add the provided DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Verify the domain

Setting up a custom email domain significantly improves email deliverability. We strongly recommend it for production chambers.

Embedding on External Sites

Embed Membicus widgets on your existing website, WordPress blog, or any page that supports custom HTML:

Directory widget — Searchable member directory
Signup widget — Membership registration form
Events widget — Upcoming events list

Each widget is a single <script> tag that loads asynchronously and renders in an iframe. Widgets are responsive and work on mobile devices.

Get embed codes from Admin → Settings → Embed.
